We start our trip going northbound to
our base camp There, you'll get all the proper gear
(bandana, helmet, goggles),
plus operating and
safety instructions to start your deep
woods, back-roads adventure--heading into the hills on a tough and sturdy All Terrain
Vehicle. We will go east to Chandiablo,
a small Indian enclave up in the mountains, and ride through a number of
banana, coconut, jalapeņo, lime and papaya plantations.
The jungle surrounds us, and as we stop
for a break, you'll hear the birds calling, and if no one speaks, the sounds of
silence. At one point, we'll
cross the El Mojo River and we'll be in the state of Jalisco, going
through more small villages. |

If you choose, you can go for a swim, or catch some rays. Make sure you bring along sunglasses,
sun tan lotion, camera, proper shoes and a towel. If you'd like to swim in the
river, wear your bathing suit under your T-shirt and shorts. No previous
experience is necessary. The tour includes 2 drinks, water or
soda, and you must be at least 16 years old &
under Duration: approx. 6 hrs.
